What I've been doing...

Or: What I have not been not doing!

So, mainly I have been living it up and enjoying my time with my monkey, Darren. Also, I have taught myself to knit, with the help of the site: http://www.knittinghelp.com. So far I have made a scarf for Pablo, a scarf for Gordy, a scarf for myself, a baby blanket for friends, a sweater for Pablo and I am in the process of making a scarf for my sister in-law. I just bought a book for beginners, http://www.amazon.com/Knitting-Experience-Book-Knit-Stitch/dp/1893762130/sr=8-4/qid=1165626872/ref=sr_1_4/002-4252656-2905655?ie=UTF8&s=books which should help me get past the "scarf stage." The dogs have been great fun and provide forced exercise, which is good when it is cold out and I might prefer to stay in where it is nice and above zero.
My daily/weekly comics keep me giggling and are full of intrigue. We watched The Wicker Man not too long ago and I find it funny that Scary-Go-Round included the basic burning scene into a short series of its regular story line. I won a contest on another favorite comic, Li'l Denver Pastrami, which is about a boy who is also a pastrami. Go figure. I'll take a photo of the artwork I won, since it includes my three dogs, and put it up here. We just bought our first issue of Make Magazine and, boy, are we excited! That is all for now.
